NYC SHOWROOM – COMPLIMENTARY ALTERATIONS APPOINTMENT
Sachin & Babi is pleased to offer complimentary alterations on select gowns in celebration of the Spring Wedding Season 2026. From January through April 2026, clients who purchase a gown priced at $895 or more, whether through our website or at our New York City showroom, are invited to enjoy expert tailoring at no additional cost to ensure a truly impeccable fit.
A $50 security deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is fully refundable at the time of your visit. Once alterations are completed, your garment becomes a final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or refunds.
Please note: the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Additionally, returns or exchanges for online purchases cannot be processed during alteration appointments.
Complimentary Alterations Include
- Minor bodice and/or skirt alterations for fit refinement
- Length adjustment
Alteration Turnaround Time
- Main Collection: Approximately 2 weeks
- Karigar Collection: Approximately 4 weeks
*Final timing is confirmed in-person by the Head Seamstress based on gown needs.
Delivery, Return Policy and Exchanges
US Shipping
Free shipping (UPS Ground) to all U.S. orders over $500 USD. Check our Shipping policy for more information. All orders in the US are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout and may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), based on your destination country which Sachin & Babi is not responsible for.
Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery (if the item is unused and in its original condition) and we will refund the full order amount. Please allow up to 30 business days for us to process your return package and all refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.
