Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification confirming that your order has shipped.

Please be aware once your order is placed we are unable to update or cancel an order as it is processed by our automated system. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping (UPS Ground) to all U.S. orders over $500 USD. Other shipping methods for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping days are calculated in "Business Days".

  • Standard Domestic Delivery: Free over $500 USD.
  • Express Delivery: Calculated and Displayed at Checkout
  • Next Business Day Delivery: Calculated and Displayed at Checkout

Standard Delivery*

  • Pending availability and credit card verification, orders will arrive within 3-10 business days.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories take additional time.
  • Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes.

Express Delivery*

  • Pending availability and credit card verification, orders placed before 1 pm (ET) will arrive within 2-3 business days.
  • Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes. 

Next Business Day*

  • Pending availability and credit card verification, orders placed before 1 pm (ET) will arrive within 1 business day.
  • Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes.

 

International Shipping

Shipping charges for international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sachin & Babi is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes. 


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@sachinandbabi.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Sachin & Babi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition (no stains inside or outside of the garment, odors, pulled threads or damaged closures), and we will refund the full order amount. 

*Please allow up to 30 business days for us to process your return package at this time. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.


In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@sachinandbabi.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
