Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

While we hope that you have fallen in love with your purchase, we understand that sometimes what we receive just isn’t what we expected or didn’t quite work. In those cases, see below for the return policy for our collections.

All returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery for your return to be honored. Upon receipt of returned goods, Sachin & Babi reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Please allow up to 30 business days for us to process your return package at this time. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.

Please note:
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • All garments must be in original condition with all tags attached, with no signs of wear, no alterations, nor stains either inside the garment or outside the garment. Stains are defined as discoloration due to make-up, lotions, liquids, food, or deodorant. Garments with odors or animal hair will also not be accepted.
  • All returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery for the return to be honored. Which means you have 13 days to fall in love, or not. On 14th day you must initiate your return.
  • Once you have initiated your return, you then have an addition 7 days to bring your item(s) to a shipping facility.
  • Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and we will not honor returns that fall outside of our policy.
  • It may take up to 30 days for your return to be processed. We are very meticulous in this process, and we will always refund those items that are eligible. During this period our warehouse team is receiving, processing, inspecting and repackaging your returned item.
  • Any Sachin & Babi purchases from an external vendor cannot be returned to sachinandbabi.com.
  • Should your item arrive damaged, please contact  customerservice@sachinandbabi.com within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim. Please include the following information in your email: order number, description of damages/issue, and clear photo(s) of the damage.

Full-Price Gowns, Dresses, Pants, Blouses, Knits, and Skirts Returns Policy:
  • All items must be in original condition with all tags attached, with no signs of wear, or stains either inside the garment or outside the garment.
  • All items must be received to our warehouse within 14 days of initial receipt to the client in order for the return to be honored. 
  • Items without tags or garments that have been worn, altered or soiled in any way will not be accepted. 
  • Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Orders initiated after 14 days of receiving are not eligible for a return/exchange.

    Shoes and Bags Returns Policy:
    • Shoes must be tried on over a carpeted surface to prevent any scratches, staining, or marking to the soles.
    • All shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Shoes returned without the original box, a damaged box, or with marked soles may not be accepted and will be returned to you.
    • All bags must be returned in their original box with the dust bag included. Bags returned without the original box, a damaged box, without a dust bag, or with any discoloration, markings, or stains to the interior or exterior of the bag may not be accepted and will be returned to you.

      Final Sale Items and Special Promotions:

      All items marked "FINAL SALE" are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. If you have returned a final sale item, it will be returned with a label you've provided. Customer Service will reach out to you directly upon receipt of your final sale item.  We will make two attempts to contact you regarding your item(s). If we do not hear from you, Sachin & Babi is at liberty to dispose of your item(s).

      Promotional sales and discounts that are triggered with a specific code will also carry the condition of "FINAL SALE" and are subject to the same policy regardless of whether the item is marked "FINAL SALE" on the site. All such codes and promotions will be clearly indicated for the customer's benefit.

       

      Promotions and Codes:

      Sachin & Babi may at times have promotions and codes that allow for additional discounts, or benefits to the customer. These promotions are subject to our discretion and may include exclusions. All promotions will clearly indicate restrictions if any, we will also reserve the right to limit use of such promotions at any time. Promotions will NOT be retroactively applied to orders placed prior to the promotion being available. 

      MAKING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

      Please allow up to 30 business days for us to process your return package at this time. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.

      US Orders - Returns

      1. Remove or cover the original UPS label on the exterior of the box to avoid confusion for the carrier.
      2. Click here to initiate your return or exchange and create a return shipping label. All returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery for your return to be honored.
      3. Take the return label and place it on the outside of the box (either covering the original label or in another obvious location). All items should be returned in their original packaging. 
      4.  Drop your sealed package off at your local UPS location and ensure you receive a receipt. All returns must be shipped within 7 days of initiating the return process for your return to be honored.

      Upon receipt of returned goods, Sachin & Babi reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

       

      International Orders - Returns
