Shipping & Orders
Yes, we do ship worldwide! Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. While Sachin & Babi isn’t responsible for these charges, they will be your responsibility as the customer.
The delivery time depends on your location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international deliveries can take 7-16 days. You’ll receive detailed delivery information in your confirmation email. Note that all orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days and are shipped Monday to Friday.
We work with UPS for domestic orders and DHL for
international orders.
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we’re unable to change the items. However, we can cancel an order within a 2 hour window (excluding weekends and holidays), allowing you to place a new order for the correct product or enter the correct address.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another once it’s been packed and shipped. The shipping confirmation email will contain your tracking number. You can follow this link to check the status of your order.
Returns & Refunds
Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery for the return to be honored. This allows you 13 days to fall in love, or not- we understand it doesn’t always work out. On the 14th day you must initiate your return. Once you have initiated your return, you then have an additional 7 days to bring your item(s) to a UPS drop off location. Please note that Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes, as long as both orders were placed using the same email address within the 14 day return window. Please include both packing slips in the package for clarity. If you don’t have the packing slips, simply write your order number on a piece of paper and place it inside the
package.
Refunds are typically processed within 30 days from the date we receive your return. Once processed, you'll receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your refund.
Per our Return Policy, all garments must be in original condition with all tags attached, with no signs of wear, no alterations, nor stains either inside the garment or outside the garment. Stains are defined as discoloration due to make-up, lotions, liquids, food, or deodorant. Garments with odors or animal hair will also not be accepted.
We have a very dedicated team that inspect every garment that is returned to us. We take great pride in delivering the highest quality gowns and ensuring they arrive in perfect conditions for our customers. To maintain this standard, we ask that returned items are in the same excellent condition.
Pre-order
Unfortunately, pre-order is excluded from any type of promotion.
Yes, you can contact us at customerservice@sachinandbabi.com to update your information before your order ships. If you need to cancel, simply use the link in the confirmation email you received when you placed your order.
