A lot goes into putting together a show during New York Fashion Week. For just moments on the runway, weeks are spent preparing for the big day. Despite all the prep work, it is one of the most exciting times of the year for any designer – especially for Sachin and Babi, as this season was their first show.

From styling the 32 looks to go down the runway to overseeing model fittings, the couple was completely hands-on. During the makeup test with the Bobbi Brown team, Babi was engaged in composing a natural, fresh look while Sachin worked with Martin Christopher Harper from the Kate Ryan hair team to create a hairstyle evoking messy, rock n’ roll chic. All in all, the designing duo’s passionate and dedicated approach paid off as Sachin + Babi’s first ever show was a great success.
